Club Westroppicana 2013

Club Westroppicana 2013If you tucked into last year’s event as much as we did, then this will genuinely blow your socks off. Bigger, better, longer and completely different. Brace yourselves; this is going to be epic. And if that’s not enough, it’s in Feltham.

Introducing: Club Westroppicana - A Festival of Food, Drink, Music and Laughs™

Date: September 7th 2013

Time: 1pm - 9pm

Dress code: Club Tropicana - Think Miami Vice. But with more cocktail umbrellas, wider pinstripes and higher shoulder pads. This is competitive fancy dress at its finest, featuring an official walk-off with prizes on the night.

Location: Fortescue House, Park Road, Hanworth, London, TW13 6PN

I know exactly what you’re thinking. £25 seems amazingly competitive considering it’ll be better than any Glastonbury festival and in a far more glamorous location. What else could it possibly include? 8 of the greatest musical acts of our generation, including Rob Cowen, James Yuill, The Westropp Band, The Operators and for this year only, The Rinky Dinks - Bristol’s greatest ukulele supergroup.

A few questions that may well be on the tip of your tongue:

I’ve recently given birth, can I bring my child along? 100% - a hugely inclusive family day out. Free entry to children of 12 and under.

I’m in the army/Part of a LAN (Local Area Network) Online gaming forum/work for Walmart, can I bring along my entire Battalion/500,000 co-gamers/all 2.1m global employees? Please spread the word far and wide, but it would be nice if everyone who came knew Peter or of him. Essentially the more the merrier but within reason.

If it finishes at 9pm I’ll only just be warming up, what else will the evening have in store? The train goes straight back into central London. The main body will all be going directly to an after-hours drinking venue. Details to follow.

I had such a good time last year, I can’t believe it is possible to have a better time? You will, believe me

I’ve been practicing since last year and have been having between 7-10 suitcases a day gradually increasing my speed. Will there be a chance to showcase my newly honed skills? Yes
